Return to Monkey Island is a welcomed addition to the series, with series creator Ron Gilbert at the helm, offering a continuation of the classic adventure games The Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

It has been a considerable amount of time since Guybrush Threepwood last faced off with his adversary, the zombie pirate LeChuck. The changing tides of leadership on Melee Island by youthful pirate figures, headed by Captain Madison, bring disruption, while even famed merchant Stan finds himself imprisoned for ‘marketing-related crimes’.
